I just came across this way to start crocheting in the round. For anyone who makes hats or flowers you've gotta try this. It makes your work look so much neater. Click HERE to learn how to make a MAGIC RING. You'll be glad you did.

It's time for the July meeting of Granny Girls and we have an exciting and educational class prepared. We loved the crochet class so much and had a lot of requests to do a class teaching you how to read a crochet pattern so that is what we have planned.
Hallie will teach a beginner's pattern, a very fashionable shrug, SuZann will teach an intermediate afghan pattern and Lindsi will teach an advanced pattern. No matter what your level of skill, there will be something for you and you may be surprised at how easy the intermediate and advanced patterns are. I've attached a picture of the afghan. It is a fun gingham afghan that you can make in any color way. The pattern was done in blues but when I made mine I made it in greens. I can see this in a soft pink for a baby or bright red and white for a summer picnic.
The class will be at the Vogue again at 7:00pm Thursday, July 14th. And don't forget to bring something you've been working on for Show N Crow and your spare change for the raffle.
See you there!
